DELIVERY:
Postal – all orders will be delivered by Royal Mail within 3-5 business days.
Local Delivery NN1-NN8 – contactless delivery to your door by our team.
REFUNDS:
After receiving and inspecting the condition of your returned item, it will be processed. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item for this. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Exceptions:
Unless reported defective, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened items
- Used items
- Tampered with
- Damaged
RETURNS:
Thank you for supporting Vicky’s Kitchen with your purchase, as a small family business, it’s truly appreciated, as we strive to sell high quality products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our returns policy.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. The refunded amount will not include the original postage and handling costs.
RETURN PROCESS:
To return an item, please email customer service at contact@vickkitch.com to obtain return authorisation, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:
