Christmas Cake


A luxurious ground fruit cake finished with rum and port. 6” cake, serves 6.
Fruits are soaked for a minimum of three weeks, to create this dense and sticky Caribbean festive treat!
This item will also be festively wrapped.

Currants, raisins, sultanas, mixed peel, prunes, cherries, brown sugar, wheat flour, baking powder, butter, eggs, rum, port, almond and vanilla essence.
